My Mystery Caller Revealed
When I got my cell phone, I was thrilled with every feature except one. Soon after I started using it I realized I no longer had the capability to find out who had called and hung up or had left a number I couldn’t understand. Cell phone numbers, unlike land lines, were not searchable.
But, about six months ago I began getting mystery calls from someone who would call and hang up, and I became more and more curious. Finally I went online and found that I could do a reverse cell search on the Internet.
Once I’d identified the phone number’s owner, I was surprised to realize it was an ex-boyfriend who had been trying to get up the nerve to talk to me but was too shy. I called him and, after he got over feeling sheephish about the calls, we began seeing each other again. Mystery solved, happy ending.
