Doctor Said

I go to the gym a lot and I usually take the aerobic and weight training classes because I hate to work out by myself. Recently I had to go to the doctor for a pain in my shoulder and he recommended that I stay away from certain exercises the instructor does. I though that all the workouts that the instructors do were great for everyone. The doctor said that was not the case at all. Specifically if you want to know the truth about six pack abs, you do not necessarily do the exercise that the guy next to you is doing for them. I thought it was one exercise fits all, but I guess I was wrong.
