Whether it is a child blowing out candles on their birthday cake, making a wish. Throwing coins in the Trevi fountain is another prime time wish location and opportunity. The classic place to make a wish is in a wishing well, in several of these wells you see an abundance of scattered coins, ranging in value and also presumably ranging in wishes.
