I believe an important part of dating is finding someone who has the same interests that you do. What is the point of going out with someone and having nothing to talk about. I am not saying that you need to find someone who is exactly like you, but it is a good idea to share the same interests. For instance I like motorcycles so I should find biker singles to meet. If you like the arts, find someone who will enjoy it with you. Nothing is worse than being stuck on a date with no conversation and staring at the clock wondering when it is going to end.
