Learn to Eat Good When Young
Eating good and feeling good really go hand in hand. Staying healthy takes a bit of work but after a bit of practice it really becomes second nature. This is especially the case in children. If we can get them in healthy mode when they are younger the likelyhood that they will eat badly when they get older is greatly lowered.
Get them to wash up frequently to clean up viruses like the Parvovirus will keep them healthy. Keeping germs out of them and getting them to eat healthy food on a regular basis will provide them with the energy that they need to enjoy life.
