The importance of service
Sometimes, how good a coffee maker is, depends not just on the machine. Take the Bennoti for example, there was so much buzz about this machine. However, when a friend of my was asking for feedback, it was disastrous.They slammed the machine for its customer service. Not even one person mentioned about the capability of Bennoti, the feedback was how bad the customer service was. I guess for any coffee makers company, negative feedback is bad, but with nobody remembering your product offerings -that is worse. So, I guess customer service is important, whether it is an online or offline company. And maintaining it up to certain level is a top priority, to ensure that every customer is a walking advertisement!
