A Fishy Story
I suppose I should start off by saying I’m not at all fond of fish, which is probably why my friend was so surprised the other day when I called and asked if she had a trout recipe. You see, some friends of mine had gone fishing and caught some trout, and they gave me some since they had a lot. So, I wanted a recipe that would help minimize the fishy flavour while still being able to use the fish I’d been given. My friend loves to cook so she found a trout recipe that would fit my needs right away! I used some tomatoes and spices and was baked in the oven. It was great!
