Why I Don’t Like Painful Leg Lifts?

Learning new sports has always been a passion of mine. When I was in school I joined the Rugby team. It was such a fun sport, but the leg lifts we had to do were so intense that it made me dread practice. The way to do a proper leg lift is to lay flat on your back, and lift your legs off the ground about six inches. Just hold that position, which will make your tummy muscles begin to shake. This is how you know that this bodyweight exercise is working your abs, which is great for both your stomach and lower back.
