Building muscle can be hard, especially if you have never done it before. I have been at the gyms. I have watched the clueless people just walking aimlessly from machine to machine. They do like five reps, and then move on. Obviously, no clue what they are doing. There is help out there for a no nonsense muscle building. Take the guess work out of the gym.
