Depression and Low Self Esteem
My mother has suffered with back problems all her life and has been very depressed lately. The family has discussed her problems and think that she may need some Low Self Esteem Help. She keeps complaining about something being wrong even when the doctors cannot find any medical problem with her. I live about four hours away from my parents and have discussed the idea with my brother of coming up and bringing her down to stay with me for a few weeks. We think this may help to keep her busy where she will not have so much time to think about herself.
