Making Time
There was a time when I did not think that my back would ever feel better. I have been in pain for such a long time. I started doing herniated disc exercises about a year ago and they are finally making a difference in how I feel. If I miss a day I can really tell. I do not do that too often. I always try to make the time to fit those exercises in my day. They only take about 15 minutes but there are days where time just gets away from me. Hopefully, I will only get better from here.
