I definitely know the trouble that can be caused by trying to diet to lose weight. You restrict your eating for so long that once you reach your goal weight you can do nothing but eat – it’s a constant yo yo that many people find difficult to get out of. However, there’s a way to quick weight loss that doesn’t require crash diets. It’s called matching your diet to your metabolism. If you’re a protein type you should eat differently than a carb type, and vice versa. It’s not rocket science but a lot of people miss this important concept.
