Lagging Priority

When you go into the gym to train your chest there are a couple of things that you may want to keep in mind. One is that pressing movements should be first on your list of exercises. 2 is that if your upper chest is lagging then you need to put incline pressees first on hte list because you are strongest when you are fresh inhte gym. This is when you are the strongest. you need to give lagging muscles priority over the other musclces in order to bring them up to match. This should be done with all of your weight training.
