I’m About to Start the hCG Diet
My best friend lost almost 30 pounds in two months or so with something called the hCG diet. I am amazed how well it works with my friend. I’m thinking about trying it out myself. Here is what I know about it so far. She eats a healthy diet consisting of veggies, fruits, and lean meat. That part doesn’t sound very novel. She also takes a supplement called hCG. According to her, that keeps her appetite in control while facilitating fat burning in the body. It has definitely worked for her, and she’s a dieter that hasn’t had much success. I’m pretty sure I’m going to try it too.
