Claims For The Insurance Company.
I do not understand the proper way to fill out a claim form. My insurance company needs to have Whiplash compensation claims from me by the end of the day. I was hurt about three months ago and thought my legal worries were over. The other driver that was involved in my accident wants to be compensated for whiplash. I do not see how this is possible. I was the one that was hit from the back of my car. I am going to meet with a trustworthy attorney in the next few days. I hope he will give me some good advice.
