Leg Raises on a Bar is an updated version. Grip an overhead bar but do not focus on your arm muscles. Slowly pull your legs up until it is parallel to the floor. Do not attempt to swing your legs or body because that is considered cheating. Just try to be still and tighten your abs while your legs are up with knees bent. Hold for a couple of seconds before letting go. Do not touch the ground until the whole routine set is finished. Do 3-4 repetitions.
