I am sure grateful that I have figured out the way to get my business started. I was having a rough time getting my call centre employees to get the job done properly, but finally I started to realise that there was ivr speech recognition that cold really help things along. I run a small telecommuncations company here in Queensland, and I am really quite pleased that I have found a way to get the call centre straight as well as making my employees so much happier that they have ever been in the past. This was a smart move for my company.
