If you are paying for a service and it stops working it is not your fault
I had to call my telephone provider to get them to come out and fix my internet connection and also my home telephone as they are in a package I pay for and neither was working. I advised them I needed them to fix telephone line and internet connections to my home as I was without any at all. I was however, still going to be charged for the connection which I was not receiving even though I had no use of it for three days. The technicians eventually came out on the fourth day to help me. I did complain about my problem and was reimbursed a whole months payment from the provider.
