Stress- the difference between what you want, & what is. There are some things that you cannot change- & there are some things that you can change. And when it comes to conquering acne, you must learn to mange the areas of stress in your life to keep a handle on the acne problem.
Practicing Yoga, Tai Chi, or any other number of slow exercises, along with strength training, are going to be your most effective tools for killing acne causing stress, & removing the zits from your life. Also be sure to get plenty of sleep, as the lack of sleep is one of the other huge things that causes stress & disease.
