Working at home has it’s advantages. But, it also has more disadvantages than what you would think. I have always had an office to go to, but the last three years I have been working a lot at home in my home office. I was always warned that it’s hard to be self motivated there so I was aware and made a decision to work hard. Guess what, the real trick came to knowing when to stop working. Surprise.
