The soup I made for my girlfriend After Her Bisy Day of Document Scanning
Last night I decided that I was going to make my girlfriend a special dinner as I got home three hours before she did. I sometimes do this because between going to school full time and working for a New York document scanning, she is kind of a tired gal. I wound up making a soup that included all of the vegetables that we had left in the fridge. I’m not a very good cook; however when I throw in a bunch of things into a pot of water and heat it up I can sometimes work magic. She wound up liking my soup.
