Relocating
It’s a good thing bucks county real estate is doing so well right now, because due to my husband’s new promotion we have to relocate. Since the market is so buyer friendly, I think we will be able to sell our house pretty quickly, although we may not make much money on it. We finished remodeling our bathroom and I think that will help bring the value of the house up tremendously. My husband’s work will be renting us a house for 3 months while we find a new place out there to call home. It’s a bitter sweet move, because I like this house, but I am really excited for what’s to come!
