Credit cards are being used widely all over the world in the last 10 years, and some people use it to scam in the internet. We can say that it is the biggest way used in Internet Scams.The most popular type of scam is the purchase scam, and that happens when a buyer uses his credit card to pay for an item or product to buy it from the merchant and after a few weeks the buyer makes a chargeback from the credit card after receiving the shipment. The merchant will then lose his money and his products.Now most merchants prefer using payment systems as bank wire, cash deposits, and money order to avoid losing the money because of the charge back.
