I have been doing research on catering businesses and how to get one started. I have always loved to cook and bake, but I always did it as a hobby. When my company downsized and I lost my job, I decided to go to culinary school and turn my love for cooking and baking into a profession. I am finished with school now, and I would like to start my own business. I thought about opening a restaurant or a bakery, but I think I would enjoy catering much more.
