Harmony in Family Business
Some companies are run by families, some fast food chains are even run by families for more than decades. There might be some advantages but undeniably there is some disadvantage as well. Family Business is sometimes not an easy thing to do and sometimes it’s quite hard and tricky. When conflict arises within the family, sometime the whole operation of the business could be in serious trouble just as the conflict within the family. Sometime it is much easier to maintain a good relationship in the business when you are not on the same family. The consequences of the wrong management of such kind of business are unbearable.
