Coaching is part leading and part developing your team. While the goal of any team is to win the championship title with the glass plaque or trophy, it is crucial that you work on the basic fundamentals of the game during the start of the season. If you want them to be able to develop their skills effortlessly and consciously, make certain that you foster an environment that encourages learning and tolerates mistakes. By doing this or allowing them to make mistakes, you will allow them to experiment with new things and allow them to be more creative with the sport.
