Arrested By Mistake
My nephew was arrested yesterday on charges of armed robbery. As he just turned fifteen last week, we couldn’t figure out how this happened. After researching several criminal lawyers fort lauderdale, we chose one who quickly straightened the matter out. He discovered that the arrest warrant was actually for my ex-brother-in-law who has the same name. My nephew was released within a matter of hours, but we are still upset over this. He is very traumatized by the whole thing and yet the police don’t seem to care. It’s sad as they are there to protect us and, yet, my nephew will never trust them again.
