Please no more new Batman Movies
I grew up in the 1970s, a great era for Superheroes. I watched Batman and Superman and Wonderwoman and the Justice League. Those shows practically decided my Sunday agenda each week. I could not get enough. Well, 30 years later, I have gotten enough. I am so tired of looking at the coming attractions at the theater each week and seeing another too long and too loud trailer for the latest reincarnation of a superhero movie. I know the latest batman movie has garnered a lot of great reviews and even Oscar murmurrings for Heath Ledger, but I wont be standing in line at the megaplex this weekend, because I would rather remember my sweet mid century Batman and his lovable cohorts instead of the latest Hollywood creations.
