Leotards are so last year!
Hey, leotards could make a comeback. Perhaps they already did; after all, I’m not the expert in dance fashion. If your teenage daughter is thinking about a dancing career and has already gotten her foot in the door in terms of taking lessons etc., then you better get that check book out. Teen dancewear is difficult to find, although it’s beginning to grow in popularity. One of the major concerns with teen dancewear, as with other fashion is being able to find unique, jaw-dropping, eye-catching, attention-grabbing items. Sure, you want to be able to "wow" the audience with your sweet dance moves, but if your outfit isn’t as awesome as your moves, then it won’t look too great. Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions. Why not make one with your clothing? When you’re out there looking for the right outfit, make sure that it is cost effective and that it fits. Test out the clothing by trying a couple of your dance moves. After all, you don’t want your outfit to hold you back.
