Game over for local bands
There is a contest here in Connecticut for local business’ and rock bands called hartford advocate best of. Every year some band ends up winning that is in my opinion just average. It is my goal this year to see that the winner is actually super talented and this doesn’t end up being another popularity contest. The contest is done by logging on to their website and casting votes, you can basically cast as many votes as you like if you do it every day. Last year one group won all the awards. I couldn’t help but laught at this.
